TEENS is a 10-week personal development programme for 12-16 year olds who are at the margins of society – young people who live in deprived areas with low economic status and income. This programme develops young people’s life skills such as confidence, communication, teamwork and leadership which has been proven to improve their chances of progressing into employment, education or training and making a successful transition into adulthood.
8-25 years old, divided by projects for 12-16 and 16-25 year old.

Participant Information • 565 male and 156 female participants engaged • 8% of participants are excluded from school
(aged 11+) • 80% of all our participants come from BAME backgrounds • 16% of our participants have criminal records
